What is Parrot Pay?

Parrot Pay is an umbrella company that provides payroll and employment services to contractors, freelancers, and temporary workers in the UK. We act as your employer and handle all aspects of payroll processing, including tax and national insurance deductions, so that you can focus on your work.

How does Parrot Pay work?

When you work through Parrot Pay, you become an employee of the company. You submit your timesheets and expenses to your agency, who will then approve this and forward the funds to us to make payment., We handle all of the necessary payroll processing and administration, including calculating your pay and deducting taxes and fees.

What are the benefits of using Parrot Pay?

By using Parrot Pay, you can enjoy the benefits of being an employee, including access to employment rights, benefits, and a pension scheme. We also handle all of the administrative tasks related to payroll processing, so you can save time and focus on your work.

How do i get started with Parrot Pay?

To get started with Parrot Pay, simply fill out our online registration form and provide us with some basic information about yourself and your work. We will then guide you through the onboarding process and set you up as an employee of the company.

How do I get paid ?
 

We pay you directly through our payroll system, either via direct deposit or by issuing a paper paycheck.

How do I submit timesheets and expenses?

You can submit your timesheets and expenses to your agency, your agency will then approve this and send over your funds to us,  We will then process your information and calculate your pay, deducting any necessary taxes and fees. Once payment is made you will be able to view payslip in online portal. Instructions to access your online portal will be given to you once registered. 

What support do you offer to contractors?

In addition to payroll processing, we offer a range of other services to our contractor employees, including access to a pension scheme, support with expenses and benefits, and HR advice and support.

How do I terminate my employment with Parrot Pay?

If you wish to terminate your employment with Parrot Pay, simply notify us in writing and we will guide you through the process of ending your employment.
